Wholesale Policy

At Saira Sultana, we are committed to offering our wholesale partners exceptional quality, competitive pricing, and reliable service.

Wholesale discounts are available based on order quantity:

 10–29 pieces: 8% Discount
 30–59 pieces: 10% Discount
 60 pieces and above: 20% Discount

A minimum order of 10 pieces is required to qualify for wholesale pricing.

All wholesale orders require 100% advance payment before processing begins. Shipping charges will be collected at the time of dispatch. For international orders, cargo and freight charges will be applied according to the destination country.

Estimated processing and delivery timelines will be shared after order confirmation. Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges imposed by their respective countries.

Please note that all wholesale orders are considered final sale. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
